Not a type of hypnotherapy, but another technique that hypnotherapists often employ within their practice. NLP is a learning model that involves how we think, how we use language and how it affects us. It also then helps us sequence our actions to achieve our goals.

Stress management and psychotherapies aim at controlling a person’s level of stress especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of improving everyday funtioning. All the above can be combined while conducting hypnotherapy sessions for a successful and efficient outcome.
